HONEY BISCUITS

2 cans Hungry Jack biscuits
1 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. coconut
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, diced
1 c. honey
Spray pan with Pam. Combine melted butter with honey and blend until smooth. Dip each biscuit first into butter/honey mixture then into flaked coconut and place in pan. Continue until all biscuits have been used. Any butter/honey mixture or coconut leftover - pour on top of biscuits. Sprinkle chopped nuts and cherries on top. May use 9 x 13 inch pan or angel food pan. These biscuits may be laid flat or stood on their sides as long as you dip and coat each one. Note: Cherries and nuts are optional.
